Elementor Marketplace: Themes, Kits & Plugins Compared

Rate this post

Looking for an Elementor marketplace? You have three distinct buying options: use Elementor’s built-in Template Library for ready-made blocks and pages, browse TemplateMonster’s Elementor marketplace for independently sold themes, kits and plugins, or buy specialist add-ons such as Crocoblock’s JetPlugins. The right purchase depends on whether you need a whole website, one page design or functionality such as dynamic listings and WooCommerce product templates.

What does the Elementor marketplace actually sell?

TemplateMonster’s Elementor marketplace currently groups its catalog into website templates and plugins. Its live catalog showed more than 4,500 products at the time of inspection, but category counts and prices change as listings are added or withdrawn. It is a third-party marketplace, not the template library bundled with Elementor itself. Individual sellers publish products with different support terms, version histories, dependencies and licences.

Do not confuse a template, theme and plugin: a theme controls the site’s overall presentation; a template or kit provides predesigned pages and sections for a compatible builder; a plugin adds functionality. Buying a template that needs Elementor Pro does not include Elementor Pro unless the seller explicitly states otherwise. Likewise, a JET template that needs a premium JetPlugin does not include that plugin by default.

JET, PRO and PURE Elementor templates: the buying distinction

TemplateMonster labels its template families JET, PRO and PURE. Those labels describe dependencies, not a universal quality grade. Check the specific product’s requirements before paying:

  • PURE: the marketplace describes these as designs that work with the free Elementor plugin without Elementor Pro or JetPlugins. Example: its PURE template category.
  • PRO: requires Elementor Pro for the particular premium widgets or features it uses. A cheap template can become a recurring purchase when the Pro licence is not included.
  • JET: needs one or more JetPlugins; read the item’s exact plugin list. A JetEngine-based listing, for example, solves a different problem from an ordinary animated landing page.

Price illustration: the marketplace currently lists some individual Elementor kits around $8; that is a template price, not the total installed cost if Elementor Pro or a JetPlugin is also required. A screenshot or low advertised kit price cannot substitute for checking dependencies, renewal terms and whether the demo data can legally be used on your site.

Which Elementor themes should you consider?

Start with the actual website type, not with the biggest homepage demo. TemplateMonster’s currently listed products include Monstroid2, Techno and Consalt, spanning multipurpose, IT and consulting designs. A narrow theme can be quicker to launch if its service, testimonial and enquiry sections match your site; a large multipurpose theme provides more layouts but may ship features you never use.

Inspect a product’s update record, PHP and WordPress compatibility, included versus recommended plugins, demo-import method, mobile navigation and licence scope. Verify that a construction theme offers usable project galleries and enquiry forms, or that a store theme works with your WooCommerce checkout and product types. WPNeon’s Monstroid2 review and TemplateMonster review cover two related buying decisions; a review is not a substitute for checking today’s seller listing.

Which Elementor plugins solve a specific problem?

Crocoblock sells plugins individually and as an All-Inclusive package. The vendor’s published one-site prices include JetWooBuilder at $55 a year for custom WooCommerce product layouts and JetPopup at $43 a year for popup designs and triggers. Its one-site All-Inclusive plan is listed at $199 a year, with a larger Plus package at $249. Check the current checkout, especially when deciding between one plugin and the bundle.

Install a plugin because you need its functionality, not because a kit’s demo shows a widget. Elementor and your theme may already provide a popup, form, menu or WooCommerce template. Duplicate features create extra maintenance and can complicate debugging.

How to use Elementor’s own Template Library before buying

  1. Install Elementor on a staging or test WordPress site and open a page in the Elementor editor.
  2. Select the Template Library icon and connect a free Elementor account if prompted.
  3. Preview a suitable page or block and check whether it is available on your account’s plan.
  4. Insert it, replace demonstration copy and images, and test the page on a phone.
  5. Only buy a marketplace kit if the free library cannot provide the layout or functionality you need.

Elementor’s official Template Library instructions distinguish page templates, blocks and your saved templates. Templates can be stored locally or in Elementor’s cloud library; verify access when working across client accounts.

Seven checks before buying an Elementor marketplace product

  1. Dependencies: note the exact Elementor, Elementor Pro and JetPlugin requirements; total their subscription prices.
  2. Current maintenance: check the seller’s last release, supported WordPress/PHP versions and response to support questions.
  3. Correct demo: test the relevant service or store page, not only the polished homepage.
  4. Actual assets: determine whether demo photographs and paid fonts are included for live commercial use.
  5. Licensing: check site count, client use, update duration and renewals. A marketplace template purchase does not automatically cover every client’s project.
  6. Performance and mobile: open the demo on a phone and inspect image sizes, sticky elements, navigation and form usability.
  7. Conversion flow: trace the enquiry, checkout or booking action to its real destination; a demo button that looks attractive but does nothing is not a useful feature.

Frequently asked questions

Is TemplateMonster’s Elementor marketplace operated by Elementor?

No. TemplateMonster is a separate marketplace selling Elementor-compatible products from different vendors. Elementor provides its own Template Library inside the editor.

Do Elementor marketplace templates include Elementor Pro?

Not automatically. TemplateMonster’s PRO template category requires Elementor Pro; JET templates may require specific JetPlugins; PURE templates are presented as compatible with the free Elementor plugin. Check each listing for exact requirements.

Should I buy a JetPlugin separately or an All-Inclusive subscription?

Buy individually if one tool fills your requirement and your existing plugins cover the rest. Compare total annual renewal cost with the vendor’s current All-Inclusive pricing if you need several JetPlugins. The vendor currently lists its one-site package at $199 per year.

Can I use Elementor templates without changing my theme?

Often, yes: page and section templates can be inserted into an Elementor page on a compatible theme. Full-site kits and theme templates can replace headers, footers or global settings, so review the importer’s scope and back up your site before applying a full kit.

Is this a low-cost way to build an affiliate website?

A simple comparison or content site may need only a maintained lightweight theme, native WordPress blocks and a small number of Elementor components. Buy extra kits or widgets only if they create a better comparison, lead form or purchase path. Our page builder comparison and WordPress hosting guide cover the other major site-building decisions.

Start with the design you actually need: browse Elementor website templates or check JetPlugin pricing before committing to an entire add-on bundle.
