So I purchased this theme after reading several good/great reviews and trying out the demo to see how well it functions. Also, before I purchased I sent in a question regarding its ability to handle multiple directories (which my website requires). I didn’t get a response (which I guess should have been a red flag) but considering their above average scores and reviews all over the internet I decided to try it out. WELL I WAS WRONG! While the design of the site if very neat and tidy, this was not as easy to use as many claimed it was (and yes, I am very well-versed in the website building and html/coding universe). Several of the default pages that were supposed to be created automatically after the install did not install and I had to create the pages manually which caused many of my links to produce 404 errors and become jumbled. I had a few other complications within this theme and it’s compatibility with some of the other plugins on my site, one which actually caused the “white screen of death”, thank goodness I back up my work daily. Needless to say, after about 3 days of almost nonstop working on my site and this theme, I finally got it to look somewhat decent but still not where I wanted it to be. However, the deal breaker was its inability to allow me to create multiple directories regardless of what plugins I used. I reached out again to their team for help but received NO RESPONSE. After realizing that this product just will not work for my site and I knew I wouldn’t be getting much support from them in the future I decided to part ways. Unfortunately, their support staff refused to give me a refund even though I was well within 14 days of my purchase, unable to use it for my site, and was not able to resolve the issue through their support (all conditions that make me eligible for a refund according to their terms and conditions). Do not trust this company, don’t waste your time or money. There are much better and cheaper options out there.

The theme provides exactly I was looking for. Its the best theme to set up Buddypress on your site. I really like the multiple layout options for members and groups page. The multiple profile header options which our users can choose is a great aspect of it.
