Coworking WordPress Themes: 8 Current Office-Space Options
A coworking website needs to help prospective members answer practical questions: where the space is, which desks or rooms are offered, how much they cost, what is included and how to book a visit. A polished theme can present those answers, but a theme is not automatically a live desk-inventory or membership-billing system.
This guide updates WPNeon’s 2018 coworking-theme collection. Several original entries were generic travel, education or interior-design themes, and many demo links used HTTP. The eight options below have identifiable seller listings and were offered for sale when checked in September 2026. Prices and listed update dates can change; verify them on the linked marketplace page before purchase. We have not installed or benchmarked these themes ourselves.

1. Coworking by AncoraThemes: dedicated workspace layouts
The Coworking marketplace listing identifies three open-office/creative-space homepages, event and ecommerce integrations, and an update in June 2026. Explore the demo with an actual day-pass and meeting-room journey: determine where availability, pricing, enquiry and checkout are handled. A theme claiming booking compatibility does not mean it can manage simultaneous reservations, cancellations or access control without additional software.
2. Crework: WPBakery and event-led spaces
Crework is specifically presented as a coworking and creative-space design with three homepage concepts, WPBakery and event-related features. Its listing shows a January 2026 update. Check whether you already use WPBakery and whether switching builders would complicate migration. Test event registration separately from desk reservations.
3. Coworkshop: Elementor and flexible space marketing
Coworkshop advertises multiple coworking homepages and Elementor editing, with WooCommerce-oriented designs. It can be a starting point for a space that primarily sells memberships through enquiries and schedules occasional workshops. Confirm whether any booking add-on is included, separately licensed or simply mentioned as compatible. The seller’s listing includes support terms; check them against the purchase licence.
4. Hub2B: coworking plus a digital-agency presence
Hub2B combines a coworking presentation with agency, event and meeting-hall designs. The seller lists WPBakery and WooCommerce compatibility. That breadth may suit a space offering workshops or creative services, but verify that a single website navigation still makes the desk-rental journey obvious.
5. WotaHub: desks, rooms and coworking pricing
WotaHub focuses on office rental and shared workspaces, with space-pricing, appointment and events presentation. A pricing card is not a recurring billing engine. Ask whether your operation needs fixed memberships, monthly invoices, meeting-room capacity limits and calendar synchronization, then choose the appropriate booking and billing integrations separately.
6. BeHub: tours and visit enquiries
BeHub lists Elementor, multiple homepages, workspace listings, a 360-degree tour and a schedule-a-visit form. This is a useful distinction: booking a tour is different from accepting a paid, guaranteed desk reservation. If you sell rooms by the hour, test availability and payments with a booking system before treating the design as a complete solution.
7. Xspace: Elementor-based office showcase
Xspace is marketed for office spaces, rentals and meeting areas. The listing advertises modern WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP and Elementor compatibility; confirm the exact versions required against your actual hosting. Do not infer that rental inventory or keyless access works from a marketing screenshot.
8. Worksquare: a range of office demos
Worksquare advertises multiple office-space demo concepts and a WPBakery-based editing approach. Compare its current supported plugin versions with a leaner theme if your site needs little beyond clear pricing and a contact form. Demo variety by itself is not a measure of maintainability or search performance.
What happened to the other themes in the 2018 collection?
The original guest-contributed list also included Work & Travel, Academee, A.Studio, Spaces, Good Space, Workspace, CoWork and Coworking Co. Some were never dedicated coworking products; others may still be sold but require their own compatibility assessment. Rather than silently presenting every old entry as a current coworking recommendation, we have concentrated the main comparison on purpose-built options with identifiable current listings. Owners of an existing installation should inspect their specific product’s changelog before switching themes.
Five features your coworking website needs beyond its theme
- Space inventory: separate hot desks, dedicated desks, private offices and meeting rooms; show actual capacity and amenities.
- Accurate pricing: display hourly, daily and monthly rates, taxes, deposits, cancellation rules and any minimum term.
- A tested booking workflow: prevent double bookings and verify payment, cancellation, refunds and calendar synchronization. A contact form is enough only if enquiries are your chosen model.
- Local trust: provide a real address, opening hours, directions, accessibility information and photos that show the actual space.
- Conversion measurement: track meaningful actions such as tour bookings and paid memberships. A theme’s promotional claim of ‘SEO optimized’ or ‘high conversion’ is not a substitute for testing.
How to evaluate a theme before purchasing
Open its mobile preview, follow the path from homepage to a specific desk or meeting room, and test keyboard navigation and forms. Check the seller’s release history, current WordPress/PHP requirements, licence terms and bundled-plugin update policy. Install a demo on staging, populate it with your real pricing and images, and test with the reservation software you plan to use. For a simple location website that only collects leads, a maintained general-purpose business theme may be cheaper to operate than a feature-heavy workspace design.
Coworking WordPress theme FAQs
Does a coworking theme include real-time desk booking?
Not necessarily. Booking, availability and checkout require explicit support from software you test; a demo calendar or schedule-a-visit form may only collect enquiries.
Can I sell memberships with WooCommerce?
WooCommerce supports ecommerce, but recurring memberships, access entitlements and reservations generally require additional compatible services or extensions. Check the complete transaction workflow before launch.
Which builder should I choose: Elementor or WPBakery?
Choose the editing workflow your team can maintain and that works with your required integrations. The products above include examples of both; migrating an established site from one builder to another may require rebuilding its pages.
Will any theme guarantee more bookings or Google rankings?
No. Test navigation, form completion, booking flow, accessibility and performance on your actual site. Theme seller claims are not measured business outcomes.
